ZOOM Envíos Expresos pone a disposición su app móvil para clientes y usuarios de sus servicios courier en Latinoamérica.

Las funcionalidades que ofrece la aplicación son:

- ZOOMTrack-Rastreo de Envíos: consulte el estado de su envío en todo momento.

- Histórico de Envíos Consultados: lleve una bitácora de la consulta de sus envíos, los cuales se actualizan automáticamente cada vez que consulte la aplicación.

- Oficinas: ubique la oficina ZOOM más cercana a usted a través de la funcionalidad de geolocalización de su dispositivo móvil, teniendo a la mano dirección, horarios, y servicios ofrecidos. Al consultar una oficina tiene la posibilidad de activar Google Maps con mapas ruteables que le indicarán las instrucciones para llegar a ZOOM. Consulte las oficinas ZOOM en otras ciudades a través del Buscador de Oficinas ZOOM.

- Precios: consulte el precio de su servicio en línea, incluye los servicios: Envío Nacional, Envío con Cobro a Destino (COD) y Envío Internacional.

- Contáctenos: permite a los usuarios la creación de un ticket en Atención al Cliente ZOOM para sugerencias y reclamos relacionados con sus envíos. Esta funcionalidad tiene disponible una bitácora con sus tickets, los cuales tienen actualización automática del estado de resolución del ticket cada vez que consulte la aplicación.
